We value unlisted equity and investment portfolios for holding companies, pension funds and regulated institutions. Kalene Hill Advisors is an affiliate of Polaris Advisors Limited (Seychelles), whose team supports our engagements on secondment.

Ethel is a strategy and marketing executive with close to 20 years’ experience in media, advertising and consumer brands in Zambia. She is currently with 260 Brands, the Lusaka-based food manufacturer, and was previously Deputy Managing Partner of Ogilvy Africa with responsibility for Zambia, and Managing Director of Black Dot Media and Giraffe Creatives. She has built and delivered communications programmes for leading brands in telecommunications, insurance, banking, mining, agriculture and consumer goods, and mentors with When Females Lead. She holds a BAdmin in International Relations from the University of Pretoria.
Jimmy Mwambazi
Director
Founder and Director of Kalene Hill, and Chief Executive of Polaris Advisors. Seventeen years across corporate finance, capital markets and equity research, previously in senior roles at Imara Corporate Finance, the Industrial Development Corporation Zambia, Stockbrokers Zambia and ZCCM Investments Holdings. He has led the firm’s largest valuation mandates and first-time capital market transactions on the Lusaka Securities Exchange. Professional Banker, Institute of Bankers South Africa.
